Pneumatics

FRL stands for Filter, Regulator, and Lubricator, which are essential components in pneumatic systems used in hydraulic and pneumatic applications. These components serve the following purposes:



 



1. **Filter**: Removes contaminants such as dust, dirt, and moisture from the compressed air to protect downstream equipment and ensure efficient operation.



2. **Regulator**: Maintains a consistent output pressure regardless of variations in input pressure or changes in airflow demand, ensuring stable performance of pneumatic tools and actuators.



3. **Lubricator**: Adds a controlled amount of lubricant to the compressed air, reducing friction and wear on moving parts within pneumatic tools and machinery, thereby extending their service life.
